Meet Bryan Brucks

Bryan brings decades of experience in addiction counseling and trauma-informed care, helping clients move beyond shame and survival mode toward greater self-respect, stability, and genuine peace.


Bryan Brucks, LAC, is a Licensed Addiction Counselor based in Bozeman, Montana, specializing in supporting men and women who have experienced trauma. In addition to running his private practice, Bryan provides part-time clinical services with Trailhead Counseling & Recovery Center. 


His extensive background includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University (1988) and specialized training in trauma and co-occurring disorders. Bryan’s career spans forty years of dedicated service, including operating youth group homes in Canada, running an individual and couples practice, and serving as a Lead Counselor in intensive inpatient and transitional substance use facilities in Minnesota. He returned to Montana in 2023 to establish his current practice.


Bryan offers an authentic, direct, and non-judgmental therapeutic approach to addictions counseling. He firmly believes that recovery is an intentional journey of replacing shame with self-respect, helping his clients transition from survival mode into a state of genuine peace.
