If you receive a DUI in Montana the court will likely direct you to a licensed center to complete the ACT requirements. Big Sky Recovery offers the Montana ACT DUI requirements which consist of an Assessment, Course, and possible Treatment.

What Are the Montana ACT DUI Requirements?

The Assessment process includes sitting down with a Licensed Addiction Counselor and exploring the individual’s unique relation to substances both past and present while building a plan for the future that aligns with the individual’s goals. Based upon the results of this assessment a recommendation will be given for best care. Treatment with Trailhead Counseling can consist of individual counseling or group work depending on the individual's needs and specific goals.  Additional recommendation may be The Prime For Life curriculum is an early intervention 12 hours class created by the Prevention Institute of Addiction recommended only for the minimum requirement.

How do I get started?

Your first step is to call us to schedule your initial appointment. You will be asked to provide some initial information over the telephone and fill out our patient consent form. You may then be scheduled for an initial session which provides an opportunity for us to build a rapport. In addition, we will be able to answer your questions regarding services, fees, confidentiality and what to expect in therapy.
