DUI ACT

What do I do if I just got a DUI in Montana?

If you receive a DUI in Montana the court will likely direct you to a licensed center to complete the ACT requirements. Trailhead Counseling Center offers the Montana ACT DUI requirements which consist of an assessment, course, and possible treatment.

What Are the Montana ACT DUI Requirements?

The Assessment process includes sitting down with a Licensed Addiction Counselor and exploring the individual’s unique relation to substances both past and present while building a plan for the future that aligns with the individual’s goals. The course utilizes the Prime For Life curriculum which is a 12-hour class created by the Prevention Institute of Addiction. Treatment can consist of individual counseling or group work depending on the individual's needs and specific goals.
